Saint & Sinner (Romans 5)

Is Justification the transforming power of grace working out in the lives of people who have faith in Christ? Is Justification something God declares becuase the person attains a level of holiness with the power of the Holy Spirit? Or is justification an act of God’s free grace where God declares sinners righteous only becuase of the perfect life and sacrifical death of Jesus on the cross for anyone who would believe? The usual cast of characters show that in Romans 5 Paul teaches that God justifies the wicked. God regards Sinners as Saints by faith alone in Christ alone.
